DIY | Chanel Decor Vase

Hi hi!

After all these South Africa posts its time for something different (even though I’ll probably do one last little post about SA hehe). I am moving to Berlin so – I am already thinking about what my room could look like and how I can pimp it a little,  even if not much space is available. Probably the best inspiration is Pinterest- there is literally nothing you cannot find. The most crazy tutorials and interior designs are to be found on my most favorite website! A couple of years ago I fell in love with a Chanel vase I had seen on Pinterest and over the years I saw plenty of different tutorials on how to make it. Now that we have our own blog it is time for me to make a tutorial too 🙂 It is super easy and very much affordable –  Just see for yourself! This is what it is going to look like:

>>>>WHAT YOU NEED >>>>

  • a label that you want to put on the vase e.g. to be found here.
  • a  newspaper to put under the glue gun to avoid spilling
  • scissors to cut out the label
  • fresh flowers e.g. roses
  • a vase with the size of you choice

AND THIS IS HOW WE ROLL:

1 | buy a simple glass vase at the size of your choice (square works best but any other will do as well)  2 | wait for the glue gun to heat up  3| In the meanwhile print a Chanel label that you found on google or print the one given in the link above 4 | cut it to a size that works for you 5 | put a little bit of glue on the back of the label or the glass directly (don’t burn yourself) 6| attach label 7| cut flowers and put them into the vase with some water

eh voilà – enjoy your new unique piece of interior :

  1. This is a lovely idea! I may try this out for myself. I have a very large windowsill in my university bedroom and I think this DIY Chanel vase, with flowers, would look perfect on it. Thank you

    1. Thanks for stopping by! I am glad we could inspire! It’s definitely budget friendly – so perfect for students right? Also if you don’t have a glue gun you can use double-sided adhesive tape as a cheap alternative! However, hope you enjoy it and let me know how it went! J
